During the 2017-18 school year, the West Deptford Board of Education felt the need to engage in a Strategic Planning Process in order to engage its community towards developing a common district vision. A group of over 50 parents, community members, local civic leaders and district staff members participated in a series of meetings, crafting a long term vision for the West Deptford School District. The resulting Strategic Plan will serve as a guide for the next three years as the district works towards fulfilling it’s mission.
